What’s the difference between DIY Pickup and Full-Service Setup?
DIY Pickup is our budget-friendly option. You pick up everything you need from Cahoots, take it home, set it up your way, and return it after the party.
Full-Service Setup means we handle the magic for you! We deliver, set up and style your sleepover, then return after the party to take everything down.
What comes with each sleepover setup?
Each Cahoots sleepover setup includes: teepee, air mattress, fitted sheet, cozy blanket, decorative pillow, bed tray, and coordinating décor based on your selected theme. We recommend having each guest bring their own personal sleeping pillow for comfort and hygiene.
How many teepees can I rent?
We can currently accommodate sleepovers with up to 10 teepees. Have something different in mind? Send us an inquiry and we’ll see what we can make happen!
Can I choose my theme?
Absolutely! Tell us the theme, colors or overall vibe you have in mind when you submit your party inquiry. We’ll work with our available inventory to create a setup that feels just right for your celebration.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier, the better especially for weekends! Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not officially reserved until your booking is confirmed.
How long is the rental?
Our sleepover rentals are designed for an overnight celebration. Your specific pickup, delivery and return times will be confirmed with you before your party.
Where does Cahoots deliver?
Cahoots serves the Marana and Tucson area. Full-Service Setup availability and any applicable delivery fees will depend on your party location.
Do you set everything up inside my home?
Yes! With our Full-Service Setup, we’ll deliver, set up and style everything in your designated party space. We just ask that the area is cleared and ready for us before we arrive.
How much space do I need?
That depends on the number of setups and the layout of your space. Let us know how many guests you're planning for when you submit your inquiry, and we can help determine what will work best.
Can we eat or drink around the setups?
To help keep our rental items looking their best, we ask that food and drinks stay away from the teepees, bedding and other fabric rental items.
Is everything cleaned between parties?
Yes! Rental items are cleaned and prepared between bookings so everything is fresh and ready for your celebration.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We know accidents happen! The person booking the party is responsible for Cahoots rental items during the rental period. Additional charges may apply for lost items or items that are excessively stained or damaged beyond normal use.
What if I need to change or cancel my party?
We understand plans can change. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Date changes are subject to availability, and our cancellation policy will apply.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit is required to officially reserve your party date. Payment details and remaining balance information will be provided when your booking is confirmed.
